TurisMail would like to help maintain your privacy on the internet. For that reason we recommend for you to read our policies.

Our privacy statement

It is the commitment of TurisMail to protect the privacy of all data that is volunteered to us our clients and /or subscribers on the internet.

Third Parties

The information that we provide to the clients (touristic providers) includes statistics ONLY and will NEVER include personal information such as name, number, fax, emails, and addresses.  

TurisMail will not modify, copy, distribute, transmit, license, sell or redistribute any personal information of the subscribers. The company Exact Target who is proprietor of the application for editing and sending emails holds the highest standards towards the privacy policies, anti-spam, integrity and the access.

Log- Files: The entire site visits to www.turismail.us and the emails sent are monitored. The information obtained is used to detect server or application problems. Demographics are collected for statistic use only.

Raffles, Contests, Surveys:

TurisMail will ask of the subscribers’ participation to collect information in nature to marketing, statistics, and to distribute rewards, incentives and gifts. This participation is completely voluntary and for this reason the user permits the answers and information in a voluntary manor. The contact information shall be used to inform winners and regulate prizes and incentives. The information of the surveys will be used to monitor and/or improve the use for the tourist providers and measuring satisfaction.

Sharing Information

Personal data can be revealed in legal gestures. Comments and observations of the subscribers will be published only with the prior authorization of the said subscriber.

Notification of changes:

We reserve the right to modify, or eliminate portions of our privacy policies with out prior notifications. Nevertheless in case of fundamental changes, subscribers shall be informed by email.

Employees and offices:
 The employees of Internet and Negocios and in certain cases those of Turistampa are obliged to follow or privacy policies in a rigorous manor. The data bases are stored in secure external servers to ours. The backup information of this data base is not found in the offices of these companies.
